Privacy Policy

- Your reviews, brand kits and images stay in your browser. We don't have a server that stores them.
- We only read a web page when you click a ReviewPost button or ask us to match your website's colours.
- Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. We never see your card details.
- We don't use analytics, sell data or show ads.
Who we are
ReviewPost is a Chrome extension made by Will Tarpey (willtarpey.com), who is responsible for your data under UK data protection law. You can contact us at hello@willtarpey.com.
What ReviewPost handles and why

Fonts
The editor loads fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website using Google Fonts, this means Google receives your IP address when the editor opens. See Google's privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't track what you browse. ReviewPost only runs on Google and Trustpilot pages to add its buttons, plus extensionpay.com to confirm payments.
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We don't sell or share your data, or use it for anything other than running ReviewPost.
Keeping and deleting your data
Data in your browser stays until you delete it. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes it. Custom design request emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Your ExtensionPay account is kept while you have a plan. To have it deleted, email us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@willtarpey.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Reposting reviews
ReviewPost helps businesses share reviews that are already public. By default it shows only the reviewer's first name and initial. If you use ReviewPost, you're responsible for making sure you're allowed to share the reviews you post.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be shown in the extension.
